Being a hard core and lifelong MAC user, I never thought I'd need the services of a computer IT guy. Amazing how a preconceived idea is shot to hell in a heartbeat! My external hard drive, decided to bite the bullet, with all my data on it. If it wasn't for Jeff and Shannon, every file, including every graphic, logo, project and other data for just about every client I have would have been gone forever. They went beyond by recovering all the data and providing a new external HD to replace the old, IN ONLY A DAY. Knowing that I could not service my clients without my data, and I had jobs pending, Jeff and Shannon didn't only deliver, but did so without any reason to let my clients know that there was even a problem.

To say they saved the day, and more importantly, my skin, is an understatement.
